"Very nice and cosy place, we enjoyed our stay, also the hot tub is a great deal (was prepared before our arrival), the surroundings are estonishing we found a small very beautiful  waterfall nearby. Totally worth the money and the host (Elena) is very helpful, they even wormed up the house before arrival."

"The cabin looks exactly like the pictures, with beautiful sunset views, very private and peaceful. The kitchen & bathroom was very clean and great for a short stay. As a recommendation, it would be a good idea to install a wall mount for the shower head and perhaps to add a microwave. We have also opted to use the hot tub, which is a great addition to the house. Communication & checkin went very smoothly. Although we didn't meet the host, she was constantly reachable and replying to all questions. It's a major plus that the place is pet friendly! Thank you very much!"

"Great location at an end of a road, peaceful, quiet with a great view. The cabin has all the amenities you need and is very clean, we spent 3 nights there and would've stayed more. The dishwasher is a nice touch, saving you time to enjoy the outdoors. You'll definitely get a chance to see cows with bells and horses roaming free outside the property fence completing the scenery. The hot tub is clean, well worth the extra fee per stay. The last 500m of the road is stone paved but easily accessible with any type of car. The hosts are great, flexible and responsive, a pleasure in dealing with them."

"The space was spotless. A true gem in nature with fabulous views. The hot tub was the crowning glory on the terrace. The grazing cows on the adjacent properties gave you the feeling of being in the middle of nature to be able to really switch off. The hosts were very accommodating and always easy to reach. If we travel to Romania again, we will definitely come back!"

"The Fox Retreat is the perfect location for a getaway. It is located in a private area, with beautiful views over the Apuseni mountains and surrounded by total silence. Communication with the host went smoothly and the place was very clean. You have everything you need for cooking, including barbecue utensils and there is also a hot tub. Greatly recommend this place if you want to relax, enjoy the nature and spend a few nights away from the bustling city."

Access is easy even for winter.The cottage is very well equipped: the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and the rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated.
